              First of all, let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jayzen Aldridge Eugenio. I live in Paratong, Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur, but I originally come from Cavite. I'm 15 years old and currently a Grade 10 SSC student at Ilocos Sur National High School. I'm a pretty shy person, but I love being active, especially in sports. Even though I'm quiet and don’t talk much, I really enjoy staying fit and playing games. It can be hard for me to express my feelings, so people might not always know what’s on my mind.

            Because I'm quiet, it can be difficult for others to understand me, but I think being shy has its positives. It’s helped me become a good listener and a caring friend. Even though I’m not outgoing, I see myself in a positive way. Playing sports has taught me discipline and perseverance, and it's helped me gain confidence. Being quiet also lets me understand people better, making me more empathetic. I’m proud of these qualities, and I believe they make me a better person.

           In the future, I want to balance my love for sports with my personal and career goals. I’m thinking about pursuing a career in sports science or coaching so I can inspire others. I also want to work on expressing my feelings more openly. My goal is to keep growing as a person, embracing my strengths and improving my weaknesses. I want to live a fulfilling life and make a positive impact on others.
